❌ What We Don’t Do

• Walk unsafe or inaccessible roofs

• Remove shingles or roof materials

• Inspect internal chimney flues

• Diagnose drainage systems underground

• Guarantee roof lifespan

• Perform invasive testing

• Inspect visible foundation walls

• Inspect basement/crawlspace structure

• Inspect beams, posts, joists (visible areas)

• Identify cracking, movement, moisture

• Inspect floor structure for sagging or rot

• Engineering analysis or load calculations

• Inspect concealed structural components

• Remove drywall, insulation, or finishes

• Inspect installation and safety concerns

❌ What We Don’t Do

• Test performance or temperature accuracy

• Inspect internal components

• Move appliances

• Run appliances through a full operational cycle

• Test specialty appliances (wine fridges, water softeners, etc.)

✅ What We Do

Thermal imaging is used to identify potential issues, not to scan every surface.

We include thermal images ONLY when they show:

• Moisture intrusion

• Missing insulation

• Air leakage

• Overheating electrical components

• HVAC temperature anomalies

• Plumbing leaks

• Cold/hot spots indicating defects

❌ What We Don’t Do

We do not include thermal images of:

• Normal walls, ceilings, or floors

• “Just for fun” thermal shots

• Pets, people, or irrelevant objects

• Entire rooms with no issues

• Temperature readings used as diagnostics

• Any image that does not show a defect

📸 Thermal Images You WILL See in Your Report

• Moisture behind drywall

• Missing insulation in attic or walls

• Cold air infiltration around windows/doors

• HVAC supply temperature anomalies

• Include photos of defects and concerns

• Deliver within 24 hours (often same day)

❌ What We Don’t Do

• Provide repair quotes

• Guarantee future performance

• Provide code compliance verification

• Provide insurance or warranty certification
